2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital products and services, all sales are final. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will address any issues on a case-by-case basis.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
- Web Designing & Development Services: Refunds for web designing and development services will be considered if the project has not commenced or if there is a failure to deliver the agreed-upon services. Requests for refunds must be made within 2 days of the payment date.
- Workshops and Courses: Refunds for workshops and courses will be considered if the workshop is cancelled by us or if the course materials were not delivered to the user due to any mistakes on our part.
- Digital Products: Refunds for digital products such as software, ready-made websites, and recorded video courses will only be considered if the product is defective or not as described. Requests for refunds must be made within 2 days of purchase.

5. Resolution Process
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. If your request is denied, we will provide a detailed explanation.
